About me

I design the boring-but-critical parts of software so they feel human.

My work lives where complexity meets consequence — money, regulation, accessibility — and where AI is quietly becoming part of every product. I bring order to that complexity with systems, research and a steady eye for craft.

Across Canada and India, over the last ten-plus years I've led design for omni-channel banking platforms serving 1.5M+ users, a government regulator's submission system, and accessibility and conversational-AI initiatives. I'm equally comfortable facilitating a stakeholder workshop, running usability sessions, building and owning a Storybook design system, or prototyping a tricky interaction with AI in the loop.

I care about the details that don't make the demo but make the difference: error states, empty states, focus order, the exact wording of a confirmation. That's where trust is won.
